Get Rid of Body Fat and Reshape Your Body Into Something You Love

We live in a society focused on appearance.

We love beauty in all shapes and sizes and admire those whose bodies are lean, symmetrical and firm. Although it’s too easy to pass this off as “great genes” which in our thoughts releases us from any responsibility, we know in our hearts that it took hard work and dedication to achieve such beauty.

Is it possible to reshape and change the appearance of your own body or are you stuck with your current shape, with what you were born with? You are not stuck with what you were born with.  It is possible to sculpt a new look if you know what to do and how to do it. The main player in the equation is your muscles.

If you are looking to reshape your body through dieting and intense cardio workouts you’re on a long road of frustration and defeat. Cardio workouts and dieting without addressing your muscles through strength training causes muscle tissue loss which in turn lowers the metabolism.

Since the metabolism is the bodies engine, this slow down allows body fat to accumulate, the exact opposite of what you want to do.

Muscle burns fat plain and simple, so the more muscle tissue you have, the higher your metabolic rate is and the more your metabolic engine works for you.

Cardio activity has its benefits. It is a great way to keep overall body fitness. Unfortunately, it is not a great way to lose weight or build muscle mass. Neither is it good way to increase bone density.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training is safe and everyone who performs benefits. It uses resistance that involves the use of barbells, dumbbells, machines and other gym type equipment to improve strength and keep your body and its systems healthy. It improves overall fitness and appearance.

The basic premise of strength training is to make muscles, bones, and tendons work harder than they are accustomed to with everyday activities. This stimulates the body to increase strength to meet demands.

It works for all ages, even for those with current health issues. It boosts energy and vitality levels and helps to treat and even prevent many chronic diseases and illnesses.

In fact, to stave off obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis, and various cancers as well as a host of other medical problems caused by low bone density and lack of exercise, it is now recommended that all people over the age of 30 begin strength training.

Because it increases flexibility and promotes stronger joints, it helps people stay independent longer, performing tasks and daily activities with ease.

Give your body credit. It is a very efficient machine. It gets rid of what is not being used and that includes our muscle tissue.

Longevity, stellar health and a lean shapely body are the major benefits you’ll enjoy when you focus your efforts on this lean muscle building activity. Love the image you see in the mirror and watch your self-confidence explode.

If your goal is to get rid of fat and reshape your body into something you love admiring in the mirror, then you need to strength train and build strong active muscles that feed on and gobble up fat from all over your body, leaving you confident, shapely, firm and lean.

Combine your strength training program with a satisfying whole-foods nutrition plan that supports your exercise program  and you have the perfect formula for sustaining a healthy slim body for life.
