We are hearing more about how we should all eat more fresh food and less processed “empty” foods.

Eating more raw and uncooked foods is not just another diet it is a lifestyle shift toward better overall health and well-being. Eating your desserts and snacks raw is one way of getting more healthy whole nutrition. The recipes I’ve created and included in “Healthy Raw Desserts” volume one and two are so tasty, you won’t miss the wheat, gluten, sugar and unhealthy fats that are present in old fashioned cooking and baking methods.

When we eat more raw foods we can not only eliminate these villains but even the age old tradition of baking itself. We now have another way we can create traditional-tasting cakes, cookies, pies, creamy desserts, ice creams and candies that taste as good or even better than traditional versions.

Ground nuts replace flour, dried fruits replace sugar and avocados and coconut oil replace butter, cream and eggs.

Once you have tried these delicious recipes you I can promise you will not want to go back to the cookedhealthydesserts12 “dead” versions. These healthy dessert recipes are the answer to getting more raw, uncooked and unprocessed food into our bodies and those of our family. They provide us with better nutrition and will not only help prevent disease and overweight, but it will also slow the aging process and increase energy.
