Getting Started “Green Juice” Recipe…
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cucumber
- ½ cup cilantro (or to taste)
- ½ green apple (optional - be sure to core your apples before juicing them)
- 1 lime
- Place all ingredients into juicer.
- Core any apples before juicing as seeds can be toxic.
- Adjust recipe amounts to desired taste.
