Lemon Bars
 
 
Yummy Lemon Bars. Made from only 5 raw, healthy ingredients, they are a sure hit for family and friends.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cashews
  • ¾ cup almonds
  • ¾ cup dates
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Place the first four ingredients into a food processor and process until roughly ground.
  2. Add coconut and continue to process until well combined. Shape into small oblong bars and refrigerate.
  3. Switch it up and make orange logs, just swap the lemon for half an orange.
